Shipping, Handling Policies
All orders over $50.00 will ship free of charge in the Continental U.S.. We usually ship out your order on the next business day after the receipt of your order. If an item is backordered, we will contact you with the details. If you have special rush requirements, please contact us at 386-586-7678 to make special shipping arrangements. We are not responsible for any mishandling of packages and/or any delays in delivery due to the fault of the shipping company, however, we will help to resolve all problems. In the event the shipment was damaged in transit, please notify us immediately and retain all of the packing materials for inspection and return to the shipping agent.
For orders shipped to a shipping address different from the billing address, please call the credit card issuing bank and request to add the shipping address as an alternate authorized address.
In the continental United States, we ship via UPS. The normal service is GROUND, which is 1-5 business days transit depending on your proximity to Florida.
If we are shipping to PR, HI or AK we will use USPS Priority Mail, Which normally takes 2-3 business days for delivery.
All orders being shipped to Canada will go via UPS, which takes 5-7 business days for delivery. The shipping quote will depend upon the details of your order. All Canadian orders must be paid through
Paypal. The Buyer is responsible for any customs, duties and brokerage fees associated with the importing of the sale items.
Refund/Return
Merchandise with manufacturers defect(s) will be accepted for return within fifteen (15) days from the receipt date. After fifteen (15) days, the merchandise must be returned directly to the manufacturer by the customer for servicing. See the manufacturer warranty policies below for details.
If your equipment fails after the initial startup, it will have a warranty claim as per the manufacturer's outlined procedure.
All merchandise approved for return must be complete and in the original box with packaging. The customer is responsible for and must pre-pay the shipping costs of all returns. All refunds/credits for approved returns exclude shipping and any expedited handling costs.
A request to cancel an order that has been properly shipped will be charged a 25% order cancellation/restocking fee based on the value of the entire order.
Manufacturers Warranty & Return Policies:
MANUFACTURER:
Warranty is as follows, and extends ONLY to the original USA user of the equipment and is limited to the purchase price of each part. This warranty only covers USA buyers in the 48 contiguous North American states and does not extend to non-USA buyers or USA buyers living abroad. International Non-USA buyers should contact the manufacturer directly about any warranty coverage or claim in their country. Manufacturers) warrant products against defects in materials or workmanship as follows:
PARTS & LABOR:
For a period of one (1, through 5 ) years (Depending on the Manufacturers / Distributor) from the original date of purchase, if manufacturer determines that the equipment is defective subject to the limitations of this warranty, manufacturer will replace or repair it at no charge for labor. Manufacturer warrants any such work done against defects in materials or workmanship for the remaining portion of the original warranty period.
LIMITED WARRANTIES:
Some of the products on this site may have a special warranty and will be listed on the product page and superseeds the warranty time period.
This warranty "does not cover" cosmetic damage, damage due to lightning, electrical surges, fire, flood, or other acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, repair or alteration by other than our factory service, negligence, or improper or neglected maintenance. Consumer instruction, physical set up or adjustment of any consumer electronic equipment, remote control batteries, signal reception problems, loss of use of the equipment, or unused programming charges due to equipment malfunction.
When you buy a receiver from us, your receiver will be sent to you with the latest software and firmware from the manufacturer. 3rd party software are not supported by us or the manufacturer and if used it will void the equipment manufacturers warranty Immediately. Note that the software is incompatible across various models. If you upload the wrong software and create a problem with the receiver, this will not only void your warranty and but may make your receiver inoperable. It may require service which is not covered under the warranty. File transfers errors are entirely your responsibility and we are not responsible for any receivers problems as a result of that. To avoid invaliding your warranty, contact us to have a factory trained technician upload software to your receiver. Only official software and upgrades available from the manufacturers can be used with our receivers. Under no circumstances, should any other software be used with a receiver.
